However, when the time came to secure financing, it was such a challenge. I just didn’t understand exactly what the banks were looking for. After a few not so pleasant experiences with mortgage professionals, I decided I wanted to learn the ins and outs for myself and decided to take the course to become a mortgage agent. Upon completion of the course, I was determined to prevent others from going through the same painful experiences I had. Not all mortgages are created equally, and each client has unique needs that can be met; however, they just don’t know or have access to the various lenders that fits their needs. This is where I CAN and WILL help. I will tailor solutions specifically to each client’s individual situation. This way we all WIN. My clients obtain financing for their dream home/investment property, the lenders are connected to a client that suits their offerings and I achieve deep satisfaction knowing I have made a difference in my client’s and possibly their families’ lives.
